Eligibility Criteria

Students, who have successfully completed any of the course listed below from Department of Computer Science, Gujarat Vidyapith.

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application - PGDCA 

  • Master of Computer Application - MCA

  • Master of Philosophy in Computer Applications - M.Phil 

  • Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Applications - PhD

Types of Membership

We offer two types of membership, depending of the time period of renewal for membership. A Yearly membership is renewable every year, while Lifetime membership offers you to pay one-time membership fee.

Indian Resident 

  • Yearly - INR 500 + INR 100 for first-time registration fee.

  • Lifetime - INR 5000 + INR 100 for first-time registration fee.

Non-Indian Resident

  • Yearly - USD 15 + USD 5 for first-time registration fee.

  • Lifetime - USD 150 + USD 5 for first time registration fee.

Important Notes

Eligible candidate as per Article-IV(A) can register, for more details check MoA of Gujarat Vidyapith Computer Science Alumni Association.

A person desirous of joining the Association shall apply in the prescribed form. The application shall be scrutinised by the governing council. Governing council has authorization to reject any application without assigning reason.

For NRI Member (Member residing out of India)

  • Such member can pay equivalent INR at prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

  • Such members will be communicated through email or telephone and not by physical mail except special need.

Patron: A corporate entity, educational institute, commercial or social organisation, Trust, Society, Association or an Individual can be the patron member which can financially support the Association and share his/her/its rich educational and managerial experience with the Association. 

  • A Patron member cannot vote or take participation in the management of the Association. 

  • Membership fee for patron will be of minimum five times of above Membership [Type-B – a, b, c] for maximum five nominations of the organisation. 

  • Membership fees for the patron member shall be decided by the governing council at discretion.
