We wish to inform you that the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gujarat Vidyapith Computer Science Alumni Association is scheduled on Saturday, October 1, 2022, 11:00 AM time at Gujarat Vidyapith, Department of Computer Science.

Agenda

  • Acceptance of audited financial statements of FY 2021-22.
  • Presentation on activities conducted by GVPCSAA during FY 2020-21. 
  • Solicit suggestions to conduct events for rest of the FY 2022-23.
  • Approval of Decision taken by working committee by year 2021-22.
  • Any other subject(s) of interest to the members with permission of Chair.

Soft copy of Audited Annual Report of GVPCSAA for the Financial Year 2021-22 is attached with this email. We request all alumni members to be present in Annual General Meeting (AGM).
